1. Address & Network Risks
                You are 100% responsible for:

                    - Providing the correct destination address for the correct blockchain network.

                    - Ensuring the address supports the swapped crypto (e.g., sending Bitcoin to an Ethereum address will result in loss).

                    Example of Permanent Loss:
If you swap ETH → BTC but provide a BSC address (instead of a Bitcoin address), your BTC will be unrecoverable.

                2. Swap Execution Risks
                2.1 Price Fluctuations
The final amount received may differ from the estimated quote due to:

                    - Market volatility during transaction processing.

                    - Blockchain congestion delaying swaps.

                2.2 Refund Policy
                No refunds are possible if:

                    - You send funds to the wrong deposit address we provide.

                    - You send the wrong crypto/network (e.g., sending USDT on TRON when we expected USDT on Ethereum).

                3. Security Risks
                You must:

                    - Verify the deposit address we provide matches the one shown on our website (phishing scams may alter addresses).

                    - Not share your private keys or wallet access with anyone.

                    🛑 Non-Custodial Service:
We never hold your funds. Once you send crypto to our swap address, it is automatically converted and forwarded to your provided destination address.

                4. No Reversals
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. BrickSwap cannot:

                    - Cancel a swap after you send funds.

                    - Recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

                    - Pause or modify transactions once initiated.
