BrickSwap provides:
- Instant swaps between supported cryptocurrencies.
- Non-custodial processing (we never hold your funds).
- No account required for swaps under $1,000 equivalent.
❗ Key Condition:
You must provide the correct destination address and network for the swapped asset. We are not liable for user errors.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Not use our service for illegal activities (money laundering, fraud, etc.).
2.2 Accuracy
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all transaction details (amounts, addresses, networks) before sending funds.
- Ensuring your wallet supports the received cryptocurrency.
3. Swap Process
3.1 How It Works
When you initiate a swap:
- You provide: Input crypto + amount + destination address.
- We generate a deposit address for you to send funds.
- After receiving your crypto, we send the swapped assets to your provided address.
3.2 Fees & Rates
- 0.5% fee included in the exchange rate.
- Rates are locked for 10 minutes after quote.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use our service to evade laws or sanctions.
- Reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems.
- Submit fake transactions or use stolen funds.
5. Limitations of Liability

BrickSwap is not liable for:
- Funds lost due to incorrect user-provided addresses.
- Market fluctuations during swap processing.
- Blockchain network failures or congestion.
6. Amendments
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
